    Please ensure this app is available on iOS and Android platforms as it is the best app available. The content is relevant to Australian cooking and the only other suggestion would be to have support for the Anova Nano as well.

  6. Gefrorenes Fleisch

    Es wäre hilfreich, wenn ihr in der Know How Rubrik auch eine Empfehlung zum Verwenden (oder eben nicht Verwenden) von gefrorenem (rohen) Fleisch machen könntet.

    Ebenso hilfreich wäre eine Erläuterung, wie man am besten Fleisch nach dem sous vide garen einfriert und wieder auftaut (und was dabei die Risiken sind resp. für welches Fleisch sich dies nicht eignet).

    Hallo liebes Entwicklerteam
    Ich liebe eure App! Sie ist super was die Garzeiten und die Garstufe betrifft.
    Nun hab ich aber von einem iOs Gerät auf ein Android gewechselt und musste leider feststellen das Ihr die App nur für iOs rausgebracht habt und nicht für Android:/
    Wäre echt toll wenn Ihr sie auch noch für Androis raus bringen würdet!
    Das ist nämlich nichts annähernd so gutes auf dem Markt wie es eure App ist!

  16. I love my ANOVA sous vide devices and have 3 now. I would like to be able to control them all in multiple configurations from a single app.

    I have 3 ANOVA devices -2 wifi and 1 Bluetooth. I would like to be able to control them all at the same time in different configurations. For example I would like to place the 2 wifi devices in a single large bath (why? A single device in a 20 L bath struggle to get to any temperature over 65 degrees. Cooking vegetables requires around 80 degrees place so using 2 at the same time should achieve this. In this scenario, paring the 2 to operate as one would be ideal.     In Ihrem Tutorial für Rindfleisch steht:
    "Die Angaben funktionieren für Filetstücke, Zwischenrippe, Entrecôte, Hohe Rippe, Hohrücken oder Rumpsteak. Der Durchmesser spielt eine grössere Rolle als das Fleischstück selber. Ein Steak mit einer Dicke um 20 mm, egal von welchem Stück, braucht etwas weniger als eine Stunde bis es durchgehend die gleiche Kerntemperatur erreicht hat."

    Wähle ich nun in der App Hohe Rippe, 10-20mm, 58 Grad, bekomme ich eine Garzeit von 5:20 Std. vorgeschlagen. Wie kann das sein?
